After moving to Asheville permanently in 1995 I spent several years working in fine dining restaurants as a server until meeting, then marrying chef Allen Dye in 2002. I joined the M7 team in 2004 after nearly 20 years of experience in fine dining table service. I work hard to not only meet, but to exceed our guests' expectations.
